Prime Staff were established in 1993 and are a successful and well established Scottish independent recruitment consultancy specialising in the following sectors:- Industrial, Construction, Commercial, Hospitality & Social Care and Housing.

We are putting together an Industrial team who have an in depth knowledge of the East of Scotland industrial businesses and its people and are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join us in our Edinburgh office.

Sourcing suitable candidates through telephone & face to face interviews, database searching, targeted headhunting and network referrals

Promoting and advertising vacancies through social media, appropriate job boards, online forums and groups

Answering enquiries and advert responses through the phone and email

Arranging interviews, debriefing candidates and supporting them throughout the process

Maintaining and updating the internal database system, ensuring all documentation and notes are current and relevant

Gathering business-leads to support the Business Development team through industry-specific websites, social network, and key industry players

Ensuring REC quality assurance compliance


This position will suit somebody who thrives under pressure, is organised and enjoys working in a fast paced people-centred business. The majority of your working day will involve communicating with candidates via telephone and email, so a well developed telephone manner is essential as are excellent written communication skills.

We expect you to be a strong multi-tasker, proactive, innovative, resilient, self-motivated and with a good work ethic.

You must have previous industrial resourcing experience & a full UK driving licence to be considered for this position.
