Salary: c£15,000 per annum depending on experience
The Job:
Primestaff are currently recruiting an entry level Administrator on a permanent basis for our well established client.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have a background or interest in working within Human Resources.

The Duties:
Providing support to the HR Department in all generalist areas, duties will include:

Transfer of HR records from paper to electronic files
Updating and maintaining absence and sickness spread sheets
Preparation of induction/new starter paperwork
Answering general queries and booking medical assessments

Candidates must possess strong admin and communication skills, proficient knowledge of MS Office and good attention to detail and accuracy.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work within a team environment and understand the need for confidentiality.
