Salary: £16,700 rising to £18,000 +Bonus & Benefits
The Job:
Are you keen to start the New Year with a new position? We are recruiting for a number of permanent Customer Service Advisors to start on Monday 8th January.

The Duties:
Working as part of a team the main duties of the position will include:

- Responding to incoming emails and replying to a variety of queries
- Taking inbound calls and providing information
- Web chats

Hours of work

- Weeks 1-4 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for training
- Week 4 onwards goes on to a shift pattern working 4/5 days out of 7 on a 3 week rota.
- Background checking

Successful candidates will be required to go through the following background checks:

- 3 year work history check
- Basic credit check
- Basic disclosure check

Salary starts at £16,700, rising to £18,000 in March 2018 + bonus + comprehensive benefits package.
