Salary: £16,761 +Overtime & Bonus
The Job:
An excellent opportunity has become available for a number of experienced Customer Service Advisors to join our city centre client on a permanent basis.

The Duties:
Working an established and busy team environment the main duties will include:

- Answering inbound calls from customers
- Responding to incoming emails
- Taking payment details
- Providing advice and information
- Updating customer details

The successful applicants will have proven Customer Service experience gained from a professional/office environment. You will be confident liaising with all levels of worldwide customers, have accurate keyboard skills and you will also take pride in your work and strive to provide an excellent service for customers.
Full time and part time shifts are available across day shift and back shift, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis.

Overtime is available as well as an outstanding benefits package and excellent working environment.

These positions are due to start on Monday 16th October 2017.
