Customer Service Advisor in Glasgow

Salary: £7.83 per hour
The Job:
An excellent opportunity has become available for an Customer Care Advisor based within Glasgow. This position is expected to last 3-6 months. Immediate start for the right person.

The Duties:
Working in a busy team environment the main duties of the position will include:

- Receiving a high volume of calls from current clients
- Managing all customer queries from start to finish, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
- Updating in house database with accurate information
- General administration duties

The successful applicant will have previous customer service experience. You will also be PC literate with fast and accurate keyboard skills with experience in all Microsoft Packages. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9am – 5pm.
