Salary: £9.60 per hour
The Job:
Are you immediately available to start a 10 week temporary contract? Weekly paid just in time to earn money for Christmas shopping! We are recruiting for a number of temporary Customer Service Advisors to join our city centre client, initially for a period of 10 weeks with the opportunity to transfer to a permanent contract in March 2018.

The Duties:
Working as part of a team the main remit of the role is to respond to incoming customer emails and reply with clear and concise information. If offered a permanent position the role includes web chats and receiving inbound calls.

Positions start on Monday 4th December for an initial period of 10 weeks.

Hours of work:

- Weeks 1-3, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for training
- Weeks 4-10, shift pattern, 35 hour week working 4/5 days out of 7 on a 3 week rota

- Basic disclosure check
