Salary: £24,000 - 26,000 per annum
The Job:
Are you looking for a fantastic new role to start in the New Year? Look no further as we have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our professional city centre based client.

The Duties:
Providing a Sales Support function to Financial Planners and Paraplanners the main duties will include:

- Handle general enquiries relating to existing business
- Prepare information for client meetings
- Diary management
- Administration of existing business
- Administration of new business including submitting new applications and updating of back office records
- Addition of client fees to back office records
- Responsible for any dealing transactions for new and existing portfolios
- Collect relevant information regarding clients' financial policies from providers

The successful applicant will have gained extensive experience of working within an IFA/Wealth Management setting coupled with experience of supporting Investments, SIPP's, ISA's, Pensions. You will also be proactive and with an organised approach to work and you will be determined to see tasks through to completion. An advanced level of Excel is also required.
