The Job:
We are delighted to announce that we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Primestaff Industrial team in Leeds. We have been experiencing a period of growth this past year and we now seek a dedicated and experienced recruiter to work alongside our existing team to drive the Industrial division even further.

The Duties:
The purpose of your role is to manage and develop an existing database of clients by providing them with an excellent quality of service. You will also focus on developing new client leads, converting and retaining them. You will continuously resource candidates placing them in suitable positions to meet the requirements of our client base, and in order to achieve revenue in line with corporate and personal goals.

The role:

- Develop and manage client and candidate relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Identify new client leads, develop to conversion and growth
- Conduct professional discussions with client and candidates
- Carry out monthly service reviews with clients
- Carrying out weekly follow up calls with clients and candidates
- Profitably develop client relationships, establish and agree terms and conditions of service
- Identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements, monitor responses/applications received and make sure that -
candidate’s applications are processed efficiently
- Shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies
- Manage the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the client, candidate and internal teams
- Ensure all necessary administration, payment and aftercare services are concluded in line with company policies
- Comply with company management systems, payroll and billing policies and procedures including accurate database management
- Understand and meet agreed KPIs (vacancies taken, calls made, interviews etc.) and meet and exceed agreed financial targets
- Contribute to team meetings as appropriate
- Ensure that clients and candidates receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service at all times
- Develop expertise of market rates and conditions within your sector in order to consult clients
- Operate in line with industry code of ethics and relevant legislation

Requirements:

The successful candidate will ideally have a recruitment / sales / service background or account management / development in another capacity. You must have experience of a customer focused role, and demonstrable ability to develop business relationships. In addition;

- Level 2 or equivalent Maths and English
- Appropriate verbal and written communication skills & ICT literate with accurate keyboard skills
- Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities, tenacious and resilient, ambitious, driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives, organised, -problem solving, influencing, questioning and listening skills
- Full UK Driving licence.

The salary for this position is negotiable depending on your previous experience. You will work standard hours of 8.30am - 5.30pm but this may change to meet requirements of the business. You will also be responsible to cover our out of hours On Call service for the branch on a rotary basis with the team.
