Trainees - you will be training and completing the below duties in the role of a trainee consultant. With the support of external and internal training and on the job training from experienced colleagues

The Duties:
The following duties are non-exhaustive.

Changing business needs and circumstances may require our employees to adapt to new requirements and responsibilities in their roles.

A. New sales and development of existing client accounts
• Research and target contact with potential clients through various means, including cold calling, using existing client and colleague contacts
• Arrange meetings and prepare presentations when necessary
• Perform routine and regular follow ups with existing and new clients
• Perform routine and regular contact with former clients to regain business
• To develop and maintain Prime staff’s share of the business within existing business.
• Ensures optimal usage of candidates within Legal working and driving hours
• Concentration on delivery of financial targets
• Develop Relationships within the internal network to ensure 100% of business remains within the group.
• Ensure that all client contact and prospect meetings are recorded in the database to ensure accurate reports can be accessed by Management Teams

B. Candidate Attraction
• Ensure the appropriate recruitment plan and advertising requirements are in place in conjunction with the Manager in order to recruit and retain adequate numbers of colleagues to meet client demand.
• Follow correct compliance and procedures
• Ensure that all applicants are recorded on the database.
• Ensure strong relationships are formed and maintained with colleagues in order that their reliability and loyalty remains to Primestaff.

C. Administration
• Ensure you have the appropriate plans in place and are undertaking your daily activities to drive through fulfilment and increase client database and sales activity.
• Ensure that you are working within the company guidelines for processes, legislation and audit.
• Ensure overall compliance of your desk is to company guidelines and legislation
• Ensure that your desk payroll is closed by set deadlines and that all timesheets and PO’s are with the Back of House team.
• Investigate and resolve any pay queries promptly
• Produce accurate and reliable Weekly KPI Information for Manager
