We are seeking an individual that has industry knowledge to be able to grow this business and develop existing clients.

The Duties:
Are you looking for a new challenge? Would you like to join a busy Industrial recruitment team servicing the Livingston area? We are seeking an individual that has industry knowledge to be able to grow the Industrial business and develop a pool of our existing clients.

With an outgoing personality and good people skills, you will have the support and infrastructure to help you succeed in this sector. You will be used to a fast paced turn around with bookings from warehouse, food production, picking packing and cleaning operators.

You will be responsible for managing your own key accounts, liaising with your own clients and providing the best temporary or permanent staffing solutions to our clients. The role is 70% office based, 30% out developing new business and meeting with clients. We believe in cultivating our relationships and the more you know about them the better service we can provide.

- Highly motivated and a self-starter with a passion for building long lasting client relationships
- Able to manage client and candidate expectations with the upmost professionalism at all times
- Able to build new relationships whilst maintaining existing ones
- Excellent communicators, both written and verbally.
- Able to confidently communicate with people at all levels.
- Hold a valid driving licence

You will be operating Monday to Friday but flexible to support business needs through evening and weekend when required.
