An excellent position has become available for an experienced Customer Service professional to join our client until at least December to cover a period of maternity leave.
Working as part of a small but busy team the duties will include:
Taking inbound calls from customers
Handling queries regarding orders
Arranging returns and refunds
Updating change of details
Processing any complaints if necessary
The successful applicant will have proven Customer Service experience gained from working in an office based environment. You will also have good IT skills, good attention to detail and a clear and polite telephone manner.
