Due to growth of the department our client is recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to join the team on a full time permanent basis.
Working in a small but growing department the main duties will include:
Raising purchase orders
Arranging drivers daily schedules
Negotiating prices with suppliers
Updating budget spreadsheets
General Admin support within the department
The successful applicant will have strong Administration experience ideally gained within the Construction Industry, procurement can be trained.
You will have an understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines, good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise daily tasks and a good working knowledge of MS word, excel and outlook.
