Our Industrial Division is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Livingston branch.
The role of Recruitment Consultant is both challenging and rewarding in equal measure, duties include:
Sales– developing new business through telesales, face to face meetings, networking and referrals as well as maintaining relationships with existing and loyal clients through providing an excellent 1st class service
Negotiating– working individually with each client to provide competitive hourly charge rates and permanent introduction fees
Filling temporary and/or permanent positions
Candidate Attraction– always developing a pipeline of experienced candidates through online advertising, social media, referrals from existing candidates and word of mouth
Administration– keeping in-house database up to date with client and candidate information
